WebJul 11, 2006 · sodium wont kill you, obviously an exageration. still really puts a lot of strain on your hormones though from an entire cup of ramen. most of it comes from the little flavor package though, the noodles themselves are just kinda crappy ol noodles. You want things that will add up calories BUT will also add up nutrients. It isn't calories alone that build muscle. so does white rice.
