This article discusses the effects of IPV on women’s housing circumstances based on the findings of a large national Australian survey. WebMy argument is that a feminist notion of social citizenship encompasses four interconnected innovations: new modes of citizenship activities, a socialized formulation of rights, new spaces for citizen participation, and an emancipatory use of gender difference to expand and to redefine gender equality.
