WebJan 30, 2024 · The tire being used for this review is the Maxxis Rekon 29" x 2.4WT with EXO casing and and 3C Maxx Terra rubber compound. I will be mounting the Rekon as a rear tire only and will be using a Maxxis DHR II tire up front. Because of the Rekon's smaller overall lug size, I thought it would be better suited in the rear.
